వెలుగొచ్చింది.
ద్వారం నీడ రెట్టింపుగా సాగి
నా సమీపానికి వచ్చింది
నీడను ఆపలేను
నిన్ను అవలీలగా ఆపినట్టు.
ఒకవేళ నేను దగ్గరవుతుంటే
నువ్వు కుంచించుకుపోతావ్
దూరంపెడుతుంటే చేతులు చాస్తావ్
దోబూచులాట ఎంతిష్టమైతే మాత్రం
ఎలా వేగాలి నీతో.

The shadow of the doorway, doubled in length,

I cannot stop the shadow
The way I so effortlessly stopped you.
If I happen to come closer,
